What Norman®'s Warranty Covers
Norman® warrants their Woodlore plantation shutters against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use. Key areas of coverage include:
Frame and Component Construction Norman® Woodlore's solid wood composite core is warranted not to warp, crack, sag, or lose its structural integrity under normal use. This is particularly important in Arizona — where extreme heat is a known cause of failure in vinyl and inferior composite shutters.
Finish and Color The factory-applied paint and stain finishes are warranted against peeling, blistering, and premature fading under normal conditions. Norman®'s UV-resistant finish is engineered specifically for high-sun environments.

What's Not Covered
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or failure to follow care instructions. It also does not cover normal wear over time or cosmetic issues that do not affect function.
