Consultations
In-home consultations provided by Shutters Direct AZ are complimentary and carry no obligation to purchase. A staff member will contact you following your request to confirm the appointment date and time. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule consultations based on availability and service area coverage.
Orders and Custom Products
All Norman® plantation shutters ordered through Shutters Direct AZ are custom-manufactured to your specific window measurements. Because each order is produced to your specifications, orders cannot be cancelled or returned once manufacturing has begun. A written agreement will be provided prior to production. Please review all specifications carefully before signing.
Deposits and Payment
A deposit is required to initiate your custom shutter order. The remaining balance is due upon completion of installation. We accept payment by cash, check, or other agreed methods as specified in your written agreement. All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars.
Installation
Professional installation is performed by experienced technicians. You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to your property on the scheduled installation date. Shutters Direct AZ is not responsible for delays caused by conditions beyond our control, including but not limited to access issues, existing structural problems, or manufacturer lead times.
Product Warranty
Norman® Woodlore shutters are backed by Norman®'s manufacturer warranty. Warranty coverage, terms, and transferability are governed by Norman®'s warranty documentation, which will be provided at the time of installation. Labor warranty terms will be outlined in your written agreement.
SMS Communications
By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS communications from Shutters Direct AZ regarding appointment confirmations, reminders, and service updates. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply.
Limitation of Liability
Shutters Direct AZ's liability is limited to the value of the products and services provided under your signed agreement. We are not liable for incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our products or services.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.
Changes to These Terms
Shutters Direct AZ reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
